Tips Drawing Movement from Life

I found it really fun today trying to see an overall shape created by an instant of movement.  Example the arch created from the head to a trailing toe.  Or a triangular shape created from two legs in stride.  Hope these drawings i made are helpful for you.

Some other random things that i found really helpful were using low opacity on brush because it allowed to empahsize areas of pose by just drawing over area more.  Using a a little tone for areas of sketch.  Saving pages to separate psd files to have a cleaner working environment.

Happy Sketching!
