some hotkeys i used for this in flash for mac:
go to next frame — >
new blank frame — command+shift+f
clear keyframe — shift+fn+f6
rewind — alt+command+r
scale — select drawing alt+command+s
loop playback — shift+ return
turn off outlines — view > preview mode > full
new layer — command+l
insert frame — command+f
remove frame - command+option+f // ctrl+rightclick remove frame
