Hi,
This is a work in progress bear sculpt i made. i used photo reference to help shape the mesh. For sculpting this quick smile in Zbrush i used the move brush on the lip corner then i used the inflate brush on the cheek area above the lip corner. then i used the dam standard subtract to make a slight divet between lip corner and inflated cheek.
